Protect presentation across shaped, clear and flexible packs
Cosmetics packaging often combines visual presentation with difficult geometry: tapered bottles, clear films, oval containers, small jars, tubes and soft plastics. A trial must check both placement and the finished appearance under the intended storage and display conditions.
Shaped containers
Identify the stable presentation face, cap or base datum and the label area that avoids shoulders, moulding seams, handles and compound curves.
Multi-SKU production
Record each container, label and closure combination. Similar-looking packs may require different guides, product control or wipe-down settings.
A representative trial should include filled products, finished labels and the most visually demanding colour or clear-film combination. Use the tapered and irregular container guide, the clear-label sensor guide and the adhesion guide to prepare the sample set.
Quotation information
